Condo vs Townhome — At The Towers each Residence is deeded as a townhome and includes the land which provides each owner a fenced, private backyard. We have also found that our HOA Dues are very competitively priced compared to other nearby communities.
Multiple Outdoor Spaces — Some Residences feature multiple balconies in addition to the fenced rear yard to enjoy our Carolina weather year round.
Closets, Storage and More — Space is always a premium and with large bedroom closets, linen closets and pantries we think you will have plenty of room to store everything. Some of our kitchens feature both cabinet pantry and walk-in pantry, perfect for the chef. Most Residences feature large oversized laundry rooms with built-in cabinetry, windows and sink. [No stackables here.]
Convenience Living — Residences 2, 9, 12 and 14, owners and guest enter on the main living level instead of having to climb a set of stairs. Additionally, the master bedroom is on the second level and is its own space for ultimate privacy including an open loft sitting room. Guest bedrooms are located on a seperate level with their own bath.

Master Bathroom — We have noticed that several communities do not have free-standing tubs in the master bath or any of the baths for that matter. [Where are you going to wash Fido?] Additionally we have noticed that we have ample cabinet storage with drawers in our master baths. PLUS – we feature the Kohler DTV Prompt Digital Showinging System with dual showerheads and programmable temperature settings.
Premium Finishes — Have you noticed some communities skipped out on moulding in the secondary bedrooms … even the Master!? At The Towers Tammy Coulter, Charlotte’s premier interior designer, elevates the plumbing and lighting package. [No builder basics here.]
Premium Flooring — You won’t find any carpet! The premium hardwoods and tile were carried throughout. [This is great news if you are an allergy sufferer.]
